Responsibility
- Oversee billing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor and analyze collection rates, aging reports, and productivity metrics.
- Develop strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
- Train and mentor junior staff on billing and collections best practices.
- Implement automation tools to enhance efficiency in financial operations.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal audit requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing, collections, or financial analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial software and Excel.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Hybrid work setup with availability for on-site meetings as needed.
- Certification in accounting (e.g., CPA) is advantageous.
