Responsibility
- Supervise and mentor the billing and collection team to ensure high performance and accuracy.
- Oversee the preparation and distribution of invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable, including follow-ups on overdue payments and resolving discrepancies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce outstanding receivables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, customer service, and sales, to resolve billing issues.
- Prepare and present financial reports related to billing and collections to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the billing and collection workflow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing, collections, or a similar financial role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and billing processes.
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
