Responsibility
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Support tax compliance activities, including preparation of tax filings and coordination with external auditors.
- Collaborate with the budgeting team to monitor expenditures, track variances, and provide financial insights.
- Manage trade finance operations, including processing letters of credit, bank guarantees, and other trade-related documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and respond to auditor inquiries as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the Finance team, including filing, data entry, and ad-hoc financial analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred).
- Strong understanding of financial principles, tax regulations, and reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Prior experience in a multinational or pharmaceutical company is a plus.
