Responsibility
- Serve as the primary contact for commercial banking clients during night shift hours, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries
- Process and verify client transactions with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring compliance with banking regulations
- Resolve complex client issues by coordinating with internal teams across different time zones
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and transaction histories in our CRM system
- Prepare and distribute client reports, statements, and financial documents with 100% accuracy
- Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Stay current with banking products, services, and regulatory changes to provide informed guidance
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless 24/7 client service coverage
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluency in English and one additional language (Mandarin, Japanese, or Spanish preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client service, banking operations, or financial services
- Strong understanding of commercial banking products and services
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software systems
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail in high-pressure environments
