Responsibility
- Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards.
- Train, mentor, and supervise bar staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and update beverage menus, including signature cocktails and seasonal specials.
- Manage inventory, place orders, and control costs to optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and management team to enhance the overall dining experience.
- Monitor trends in the beverage industry and introduce innovative ideas to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Beverage Supervisor, Bar Manager, or similar role in a high-volume establishment.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, wine, spirits, and beverage pairing.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
