We are seeking a warm, energetic, and highly professional Bellman to join our premier hospitality team in the heart of Bali. As the first and last point of contact for our international guests, you will play a crucial role in shaping their vacation experience. Your primary mission is to deliver exceptional, personalized customer service, making every guest feel welcomed, valued, and well-cared for from the moment they step onto our property.

In this role, you will be responsible for greeting guests warmly, assisting with luggage, and ensuring a seamless transition during check-in and check-out. You will also serve as a key ambassador of our resort, sharing valuable information about our premium amenities, local cultural attractions, and top dining options to enhance our guests' overall stay. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for hospitality, an outgoing personality, and a commitment to maintaining the highest service standards.

Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our Front Office, Concierge, and Security teams to ensure operations run smoothly and safely. Responsibility

  • Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, offering assistance with luggage and guiding them to the reception desk.
  • Escort guests to their assigned rooms, providing a comprehensive tour of in-room features and explaining resort amenities.
  • Assist guests and visitors entering and leaving the property by opening doors and coordinating transport arrangements.
  • Safely transport, store, and retrieve guest luggage in accordance with established hotel procedures and safety protocols.
  • Deliver messages, mail, faxes, and packages to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area, ensuring all main entranceways are pristine and presentable.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining recommendations, and transport options.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a front office, bell service, or customer-facing hospitality role is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a strong advantage.
  • Strong physical stamina, with the ability to lift heavy luggage (up to 20kg) and stand for extended periods.
  • Professional grooming, neat presentation, and a warm, service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
  • Familiarity with Bali's popular tourist spots and local cultural highlights is advantageous.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
