Responsibility
- Assist senior therapists in performing a variety of beauty treatments, including facials, body wraps, and massages.
- Conduct client consultations to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and products to ensure readiness for client sessions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and offering post-treatment care advice.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking products and tracking supplies.
- Support the team in promoting spa packages, memberships, and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and revenue.
Qualifications
- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Basic knowledge of skincare, beauty treatments, or massage therapy (certification or diploma is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- High standards of personal hygiene and professionalism.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet client demands.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is an advantage.
