As a Sales Assistant, you will engage with customers, assist in product selection, and contribute to the overall success of our retail operations. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment and are eager to grow within the retail industry.
Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in selecting beauty and fashion products.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of product offerings, including skincare, makeup, and apparel, to provide expert recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash and card payments.
- Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and tracking product levels.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and promote special offers or promotions.
- Uphold store policies and procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, beauty, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a passion for fashion and beauty products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak shopping hours as needed.
- A positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
