Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of beauty sales associates to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Oversee daily operations of beauty counters or retail stores, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with supply chain teams, and ensure product availability to meet demand.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards.
- Analyze sales performance data and prepare reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions, campaigns, and in-store events to boost sales.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Proven track record in a supervisory or team lead role, with strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members effectively.
- Deep understanding of beauty products, trends, and customer preferences in the Indonesian market.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using POS systems, inventory management tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages (e.g., Balinese) are a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
