As a Beauty Advisor, you will be the face of Skinora, helping customers discover premium skincare solutions while driving sales and building brand loyalty. Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with skincare and beauty product recommendations tailored to their needs.
- Drive sales targets by promoting Skinora products through engaging demonstrations and consultations.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Skinora’s product range, including ingredients, benefits, and usage techniques.
- Create a welcoming and informative shopping experience for customers in retail stores, pop-up events, or luxury resorts.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure store displays, promotions, and inventory are well-managed.
- Stay updated on beauty trends, competitor products, and industry developments to provide expert advice.
- Participate in brand events, product launches, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in beauty retail, sales, or customer service (fresh graduates with a passion for beauty are welcome to apply).
- Strong interest in skincare, makeup, and beauty trends, with a desire to learn and grow in the industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Basic knowledge of skincare ingredients, product benefits, and beauty routines is a plus.
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail software is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work in various locations across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
