Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with clients in a friendly, professional, and consultative manner to understand their beauty needs and preferences.
- Conduct personalized makeup consultations and product demonstrations to showcase Bellapierreās premium cosmetics and skincare lines.
- Drive sales by recommending suitable products, upselling, and cross-selling to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Bellapierreās product range, including ingredients, benefits, and application techniques, to educate customers effectively.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, industry innovations, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure store presentation, product displays, and promotional materials align with brand standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
- Participate in brand events, pop-up shops, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a beauty advisor, makeup artist, or retail sales role, preferably within the luxury or premium beauty sector.
- Passion for makeup, skincare, and beauty trends, with a strong desire to share this passion with customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
- Confident, outgoing, and energetic personality with a natural flair for sales and customer engagement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of beauty tools, techniques, and product application (e.g., foundation matching, contouring, skincare routines).
- Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and during peak retail hours as required.
