Responsibility
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations to customers, identifying their skincare and cosmetic needs.
- Demonstrate and recommend products, ensuring clients leave with solutions tailored to their preferences.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Maintain an immaculate and visually appealing product display area in accordance with brand standards.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and promotional campaigns.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the store team to execute in-store events, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Uphold high standards of grooming and professionalism as a brand ambassador.
Qualifications
- Maximum age of 27 years with a polished and professional appearance.
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMU) or Associate Degree (D3) in any field.
- Proven experience in frontline retail, customer service, or beauty advisory roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for the beauty industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with luxury skincare or cosmetic brands is highly advantageous.
