Responsibility
- Provide personalized beauty consultations to customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.
- Demonstrate and explain the benefits of beauty products, including skincare, makeup, and fragrances.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers and promoting Beautyhaul’s product range.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space to enhance the shopping experience.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product launches, and industry best practices.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations and inventory management.
- Participate in training sessions and brand events to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, beauty, or customer service roles (preferably in cosmetics or skincare).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Passion for beauty and a solid understanding of skincare, makeup, and beauty tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet sales targets.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or related fields is advantageous.
