Responsibility
- Provide personalized beauty consultations to customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.
- Demonstrate and apply makeup, skincare, and other beauty products to showcase their benefits and usage.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Beautyhaul’s product range, including ingredients, benefits, and application methods.
- Conduct in-store events, workshops, and promotions to attract and retain customers.
- Ensure the beauty counter is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the store team to implement marketing strategies and seasonal campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, beauty, or customer service roles (preferably in cosmetics or skincare).
- Strong passion for beauty products, trends, and techniques with a desire to stay updated on industry developments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
