Responsibility
- Provide personalized beauty consultations to customers, recommending products based on their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate makeup application techniques and skincare routines to enhance customer knowledge and satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting Beautyhaul products and services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to create an inviting shopping experience.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product launches, and industry developments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking shelves and tracking product levels.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, beauty, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong passion for beauty, skincare, and makeup with a desire to learn and grow.
