Responsibility
- Provide personalized beauty consultations to customers, recommending products based on their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate makeup application techniques and skincare routines to enhance customer experience.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting Beautyhaul’s product range and loyalty programs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space to attract customers.
- Stay updated on beauty trends, product knowledge, and industry innovations to provide expert advice.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
- Participate in training sessions and brand events to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, beauty, or customer service roles.
- Strong passion for beauty products, trends, and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a retail environment.
- Basic knowledge of skincare ingredients, makeup techniques, and beauty tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; beauty certification is a plus.
