Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by offering personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations.
- Assist customers in selecting skincare, makeup, and wellness products tailored to their needs.
- Drive sales targets by promoting Beautyhaul’s products and services effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product launches, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve store performance goals and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Participate in inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; beauty certification or related training is a plus.
- Proven experience in beauty retail, customer service, or sales (prior experience as a Beauty Advisor is advantageous).
- Strong knowledge of skincare, makeup, and beauty products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
