Responsibility
- Provide expert beauty consultations and personalized product recommendations to customers.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Makarizo products and their benefits.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product launches, and industry developments.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and product displays.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail, beauty, or customer service roles.
- Passion for beauty and skincare products, with a keen interest in the Makarizo brand.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong sales and customer service orientation.
- Basic knowledge of beauty techniques and product applications.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional beauty certifications are a plus.
