Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including teas, coffees, and specialty drinks, following Tealiveās recipes and standards.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, equipment, and service areas.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and monitoring ingredient levels.
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment.
- Upsell menu items and promote seasonal or new products to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Willingness to learn and follow Tealiveās beverage preparation standards.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
