Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of Tealive beverages, including bubble tea, coffee, and other specialty drinks, following brand standards.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized customer service to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and manage daily sales reports accurately.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking ingredients and supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.
- Promote Tealive’s products and loyalty programs to customers.
- Follow company policies and procedures to maintain consistency and quality.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and equipment.
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
