Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, and latte, following O'Briens' standards.
- Craft fresh sandwiches, salads, and other café items with attention to presentation and hygiene.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized customer service to enhance guest experiences.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and manage daily sales reports accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring ingredient levels.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on new menu items and brewing techniques.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Passion for coffee, food, and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and willingness to learn.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
