Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality tea, coffee, and signature beverages according to Tealive’s standards and recipes.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, blenders, and other equipment to ensure optimal performance and hygiene.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional, and efficient approach.
- Handle cash transactions, process orders accurately, and manage the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking stock levels and reporting shortages to the manager.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role in the F&B industry (fresh graduates with passion are encouraged to apply).
- Strong knowledge of tea and coffee preparation techniques, including brewing methods and milk frothing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and stay composed under pressure.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory calculations.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Certification in food safety or barista training is a plus.
