Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality tea, coffee, and signature Tealive beverages according to standardized recipes.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, blenders, and other barista equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor, handling orders efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking ingredients, tracking supplies, and reporting low inventory levels.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems with accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista, preferably in a high-volume café or beverage chain.
- Strong knowledge of coffee and tea preparation techniques, including brewing methods and milk frothing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and stay composed under pressure.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory calculations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Certification in food safety or barista training is a plus.
