Responsibility
- Prepare and serve Mixue’s signature beverages and food products according to standardized recipes and quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional, and efficient approach.
- Process customer orders accurately, including handling cash and digital payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.
- Uphold Mixue’s brand image by presenting products attractively and engaging positively with customers.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products, promotions, and service techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in hospitality or retail is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., ingredient supplies).
- Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but not required.
