Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, and specialty drinks, while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring cleanliness and optimal performance.
- Assist in kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating dishes according to recipes and standards.
- Collaborate with the team to manage inventory, restock supplies, and maintain a well-organized workspace.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or special requests.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices.
- Contribute to menu development by suggesting new coffee blends, recipes, or seasonal specials.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
