Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee beverages and specialty drinks to brand standards.
- Execute kitchen prep work and cook menu items efficiently while maintaining food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Provide warm, professional, and attentive customer service to every guest.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately and maintain a clean workstation.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure fresh ingredients are stocked and prepared daily.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the front-of-house and kitchen area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak service hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Barista or Kitchen Cook is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP principles is a plus).
- A positive, 'can-do' attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
