Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages according to KOMA Point’s standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and other equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests.
- Handle cash transactions and manage the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and restocking supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient outlet operations during peak hours.
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards in compliance with food and beverage regulations.
- Participate in training sessions to improve barista skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided for fresh graduates and beginners.
- Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn new techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Familiarity with Bali’s café culture is a plus but not required.
