Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to customers with a focus on consistency and presentation.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency.
- Assist customers with product recommendations, orders, and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage store inventory, including stocking, organizing, and tracking supplies.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and brand promotions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is a plus, but not required.
- Passion for coffee, hospitality, and creating memorable customer experiences.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, etc.) are a bonus.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and grow.
