Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate the cash register, process payments (cash/card/digital), and provide accurate receipts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace, including equipment and inventory.
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly, professional, and efficient approach.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive experience for every guest.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to uphold health and quality standards.
- Assist in opening/closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and daily reports.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barista or Cashier (preferred but not required; training provided).
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours (including weekends/holidays).
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment is advantageous.
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and maintain a professional appearance.
