Responsibility
- Craft high-quality espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty drinks according to established standards.
- Provide warm, authentic, and personalized service to every guest to ensure a memorable experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Manage inventory and supply levels for the coffee bar, ensuring minimal waste and timely restocking.
- Assist in the development of seasonal drink menus and creative beverage offerings.
- Handle POS systems and guest payments accurately and efficiently.
- Educate guests on our unique coffee blends and brewing methods with genuine enthusiasm.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista in a high-end cafe, hotel, or specialty coffee shop is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee bean origins, grind settings, and extraction techniques.
- Exceptional latte art skills and an eye for presentation.
- Excellent communication skills with a proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
