Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, and specialty drinks, following Kawa Kopi's high standards.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee machine, grinders, and other equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, and pastries.
- Educate customers about different coffee blends, brewing methods, and menu offerings.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance coffee knowledge and barista skills.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is a plus, but not required.
- Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about different brewing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
