Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and manage bar staff to maintain high standards of professionalism and efficiency.
- Develop and update cocktail menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and creative drink concepts.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and control costs to optimize profitability.
- Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with diplomacy and prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service integration.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing bar area at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a bar or hospitality management role.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Extensive knowledge of cocktail preparation, beverage trends, and bar equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS) is preferred.
