Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, ensuring all tools, glassware, and ingredients are readily available.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate restocking needs to management to avoid shortages.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately, providing receipts and change as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new drink recipes, and customer preferences to enhance the bar’s offerings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bar Staff, Bartender, or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation, including mixing, garnishing, and serving techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business demands.
- Basic understanding of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., beverage crates).
- Familiarity with local and international drink trends is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Balinese) are advantageous.
