Responsibility

  • Oversee daily bar operations, including opening, closing, and shift management.
  • Manage and train bar staff, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to standards.
  • Develop and maintain inventory systems, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
  • Create and update drink menus, incorporating seasonal and signature cocktails.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Monitor financial performance, including sales targets, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and events team to deliver seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a high-volume venue.
  • Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage trends, and inventory management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and bar operations software.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, RSA) is a plus.
