Responsibility
- Oversee daily bar operations, including opening, closing, and shift management.
- Manage and train bar staff, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to standards.
- Develop and maintain inventory systems, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
- Create and update drink menus, incorporating seasonal and signature cocktails.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales targets, budgeting, and cost control.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and events team to deliver seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a high-volume venue.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage trends, and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems and bar operations software.
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, RSA) is a plus.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
