Responsibility
- Execute and monitor daily banking operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Assist in processing transactions, account openings, and customer requests while maintaining high service quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational workflows and improve process automation.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the implementation of new banking systems, tools, or procedures under supervisor guidance.
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues promptly, escalating complex cases as needed.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related fields from a reputable university.
- 0-2 years of experience in banking, finance, or customer service (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic banking software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Indonesian.
