Responsibility
- Process and verify commercial loan applications, trade instruments, and treasury products with precision and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Provide comprehensive back-office support, including data entry, document verification, and transaction reconciliation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as compliance, risk management, and customer service, to ensure seamless transaction processing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and other documentation required for audits and regulatory submissions.
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies in transaction records, escalating issues to senior management as necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in banking and financial services.
- Provide exceptional support to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a related back-office operational role.
- Strong understanding of commercial loans, trade instruments, and treasury products.
- Proficiency in financial software, MS Office Suite, and data management tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
