Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to promote life insurance products.
- Conduct product presentations and consultations to educate clients on insurance benefits.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for individual life insurance policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless policy issuance and client onboarding.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and documentation.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance, banking, or financial services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with bancassurance models and life insurance products is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions.
- Valid insurance or financial services license (or willingness to obtain one).
