Responsibility
- Promote and sell AXA's bancassurance products to clients in Bali, ensuring they understand the benefits and features of each product.
- Provide personalized financial advice and solutions tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with bank partners to identify potential clients and generate leads for bancassurance products.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing your portfolio and implementing strategic sales plans.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and relevant financial advice.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your product knowledge and sales skills.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transactions in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services or insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
