Responsibility

  • Warmly greet customers, provide menu information, and assist them in selecting bakery items and beverages.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash and electronic payments accurately, and process orders efficiently.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and other drinks, adhering to company standards.
  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including display cases, seating, and service counters.
  • Restock display shelves with fresh baked goods and ensure product presentation is appealing and well-maintained throughout the day.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints politely and effectively, ensuring a positive resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive work environment.
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for customers and staff.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience (1+ years) in a customer service role, preferably within the hospitality, cafe, or food and beverage industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in handling cash and maintaining cleanliness standards.
  • A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as per operational needs.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
