Responsibility

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat in Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and professional responses to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system with attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service best practices.
  • Contribute to team performance goals and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal) with good English proficiency.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • No prior BPO experience required, but customer service experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
  • Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Bali, Indonesia.
