Responsibility
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, document validation, and record-keeping to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support the back-office team in managing and organizing operational documents, such as invoices, shipping records, and customer correspondence.
- Monitor and review escalations from front-line teams, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation of issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency through process optimization.
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement in back-office processes.
- Assist in coordinating with external partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting tools; familiarity with Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
