You will represent the Oase brand, ensuring our premium mobile accessories are prominently featured and successfully sold through mobile shops and electronics distributors across Bali. This is a strategic role that combines market analysis with hands-on relationship management.

Responsibility
- Identify and prospect potential B2B clients, including mobile phone retailers and electronics distributors throughout the Bali area.
- Build and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with key decision-makers and store owners.
- Present and demonstrate the value proposition of Oase mobile accessories to secure new distribution agreements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and market penetration KPIs.
- Monitor inventory levels at partner locations and coordinate timely replenishment orders.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure product visibility and effective point-of-sale branding.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends to provide actionable feedback to the management team.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial lead generation to payment collection and after-sales support.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in B2B Sales or Field Sales, preferably within the consumer electronics or mobile industry.
- Deep knowledge of the retail landscape and distribution channels in Bali.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Must possess a valid driver's license (SIM C or SIM A) and personal transportation.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic reporting tools and CRM software.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
