Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire and retain corporate clients in the gifts and premiums sector.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to refine sales approaches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries (e.g., HR, Marketing, Procurement).
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and post-sales support.
- Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and report on KPIs to management for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product offerings, and competitive strategies to position DTC World as a market leader.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in corporate gifting, premiums, or related industries.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage high-level stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events (if required).
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
