This role is pivotal for driving growth by leveraging your existing professional relationships within the FMCG, Pharmaceutical, and related manufacturing sectors.

As our B2B specialist, you will act as a bridge between our company and key decision-makers. You will be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities and securing long-term partnerships by engaging directly with Procurement and Purchasing divisions. Responsibility

  • Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to penetrate key industrial markets.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers within Purchasing and Procurement divisions of target companies.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-potential prospects in the FMCG and Pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Conduct professional presentations and negotiations to convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with client requirements.
  • Provide regular reporting on market trends, competitive activity, and sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven professional experience in B2B Marketing, Business Development, or Industrial Sales.
  • Strong existing network of contacts within Purchasing/Procurement divisions in FMCG or Pharmaceutical industries.
  • Deep understanding of industrial supply chain dynamics and buying processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage long sales cycles effectively.
