Responsibility
- Design, deploy, and manage Azure cloud solutions including virtual machines, containers, and serverless architectures.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) for seamless software delivery.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance cloud performance, security, and cost-efficiency using Azure Monitor, Sentinel, and Cost Management.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to adopt DevOps best practices and Agile methodologies.
- Migrate on-premises applications and data to Azure with minimal downtime and risk.
- Conduct security assessments and ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or industry-specific standards.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or infrastructure automation.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Azure (certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert or DevOps Engineer Expert are a plus).
- Strong proficiency in IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi) and scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes/AKS) and microservices architectures.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control (Git).
- Familiarity with cloud security, identity management (Azure AD), and networking (VPNs, NSGs, Load Balancers).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
