Responsibility
- Design, deploy, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, etc.) for Windows and Linux environments.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud performance, ensuring 99.9% uptime and SLA compliance.
- Automate provisioning, scaling, and backups using Terraform, Ansible, or AWS CLI.
- Implement security best practices, including IAM policies, encryption, and network hardening.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native applications.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents and propose long-term solutions.
- Cost-optimize cloud resources through reserved instances, spot instances, and right-sizing.
- Document architectures, runbooks, and operational procedures for knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Cloud Engineer or Systems Administrator with AWS.
- Proven expertise in Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS) administration.
- AWS Certified SysOps Administrator or Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional) preferred.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, ECS, EKS) and orchestration tools.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Nagios.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in on-call rotations.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
