Responsibility
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals and enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning, performance management, and leadership development programs.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and improve retention rates.
- Provide expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management to support business transformation.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to attract and onboard top talent, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a workplace that values and respects individual differences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HR Business Partner role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR programs that drive business results and enhance employee engagement.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in Indonesia, with experience navigating complex HR issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze HR data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
