Responsibility
- Assist in maintaining public order and safety during events, festivals, and high-traffic areas.
- Conduct regular patrols in assigned zones to deter criminal activity and ensure community security.
- Support local police in crowd control, traffic management, and emergency response situations.
- Enforce laws and regulations under the guidance of senior officers, including issuing citations when necessary.
- Provide first aid and emergency assistance to civilians in distress until medical professionals arrive.
- Participate in community outreach programs to build trust and foster positive relationships with residents.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of activities and observations.
- Undergo continuous training to stay updated on security protocols, legal procedures, and conflict resolution techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 21 years old with a clean criminal record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in criminology or related fields is advantageous.
- Excellent physical fitness and ability to pass medical and fitness assessments.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional proficiency in Indonesian or local dialects is a plus).
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Demonstrated integrity, discipline, and a commitment to ethical conduct.
- Prior experience in security, military, or law enforcement is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and adhere to strict confidentiality protocols.
