Responsibility
- Conduct regular patrols in assigned areas to deter criminal activity and ensure public safety.
- Enforce laws and regulations, including traffic control and crowd management during events.
- Assist in emergency response situations, providing first aid and coordinating with local authorities when necessary.
- Monitor and report suspicious activities, incidents, or hazards to superiors promptly.
- Perform access control duties at checkpoints, verifying identification and ensuring authorized entry.
- Collaborate with local police and security teams to maintain a secure environment for residents and tourists.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of daily activities.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance skills in conflict resolution, self-defense, and emergency procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 21 years old (as per local regulations for security personnel).
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in security or law enforcement are a plus.
- Excellent physical fitness and ability to pass medical and fitness assessments.
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Clean criminal record and ability to obtain necessary security clearances.
- High integrity, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Prior experience in security, military, or law enforcement is preferred but not required.
