Responsibility
- Inspect tyres for wear, damage, or defects and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Perform tyre rotations, repairs, and replacements according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Balance and align wheels to ensure optimal vehicle performance and safety.
- Use diagnostic tools to assess tyre pressure, tread depth, and overall condition.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical details in a clear, approachable manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Manage inventory of tyres, tools, and equipment, and report stock shortages.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily service targets and deliver efficient solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in tyre maintenance, automotive repair, or a related field (fresh graduates with training are welcome).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tyre-changing equipment.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and tyre specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy tyres and work in various weather conditions.
- Good communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Certification in automotive service (e.g., ASE) is an advantage but not required.
